BARCLAYS WINNER LOOKS TO FUTURE
Tue, 31 Aug 2010 10:46 AM EDT

Matt Kuchar made headlines recently after winning the Barclays tournament. It was a great showing of skill in which he really delivered his best. He beat out some cunning competition to take the title, and is now looking towards his future in golf and where to go next. After winning such a tournament there is nowhere to go but up. He finished in a very exciting manner – with a shot in from the rough to edge out rival player Martin Laird with a birdie in the playoff. He is now faced with a dilemma, as he has to decide weather or not he will continue playing in pro level tournaments or not. Kuchar has gained entry into the East Lake in Atlanta with the victory. If he goes, he will be facing off against some of the brightest golfing talent from around the nation. NFL Betting Lines

It won’t be easy, but if anyone could pull off a successive victory, it would be Kuchar. He is sitting in a great position though. Innate skill and shrewd talent has set him up nice, as he now has to play the Tour Championship for the first time. NFL Lines

In other news, Tiger Woods placed 12th in the tournament, and gets to go to Boston for the second round of the FedEx Cup playoffs. Tiger is getting back on his feet recently, and appears more composed on the field. The rest of the year has a number of impressive dates in store for golf fans around the world. The only question that remains is – how well will Kuchar do? If things keep going like they have been, expect to see more of him in the finals and at the top of leader boards.
