Undoubtedly, the Chicago Bulls are going through their best season post-Michael Jordan’s era and they are in the midst of a tough battle for the top spot in the Eastern Conference with the Boston Celtics. Vegas odds.

On Monday night, the Bulls managed to destroy the Sacramento Kings, 132-92 en route to their 50th win of the season, making it their 9th win in the last ten games. This is the Bulls first 50-win season since 1997/98.

According to MVP candidate Derrick Rose, the team is playing good basketball, they are winning games and the city is going nuts! So, its safe to say that things are rolling for the Chicago Bulls right now. Although it is important for them to remain healthy for the remaining of the season.

Hometown hero D-Rose and reserve Kyle Korver scored 18 points apiece as the Bulls crushed the Sacramento Kings in what was obviously considered a one-sided game. Off-season acquisition Carlos Boozer contributed with 16 points in his comeback after missing five games due to an injury. Betting lines.

African native Luol Deng scored 17 points for the Bulls, Keith Bogans had 15, Joakim Noah and Omer Asik each ended up with 14, and C.J. Watson registered 11 points, making it 8 players in the roster scoring in double digits.

This blowout win permitted Chicago’s coach Tim Thibodeau, rest his top players. Rose logged in for only 28 minutes, his lowest total of the season. He didn’t even played in the fourth quarter,

The Sacramento Kings were led by Marcus Thornton who scored 25 points, who appeared to be the only King showing up for Monday night’s game. Rookie problem child DeMarcus Cousins struggled throughout the whole game making 8 turnovers and getting in foul trouble early. Although this is a very talented player, this kid needs to improve his decision-making skills according to Sacramento’s coach Paul Westphal in recent declarations.

Sacramento appears to be a lottery team once again this year, while the Chicago Bulls are looking to be on the rise and are expected to have a deep run in the upcoming playoffs. Their main concern right now will be battling for the top spot in the Eastern Conference against a Boston Celtics team fully loaded with veterans with championship caliber. Sports scores.
