CESC FABREGAS WILL SIGN UP FOR BARCELONA
Tue, 16 Aug 2011 06:06 PM EDT

Cesc Fabregas is now returning to the days of his boyhood club i.e. Barcelona. He has long be awaiting a transfer from his long standing home in Arsenal which had materialized on Sunday after both clubs had announced that they reached an agreement for the 24 year old midfielder. The deal will be finally official once Fabregas signs the contract and then undergoes a medical exam later on Monday according to the club. Many Spanish media outlets have put the price of this transfer at $57 million. The manager for Arsenal Arsene Weger he said that the club didn’t want to lose their star player. Basketball odds

The Frenchmen had said in a statement on Arsenal’s website “However, we understand Cesc’s desire to move to his home town club and have now accepted an offer from Barcelona,”

Fabregas has always been eager to return to the club which helped to develop him into the player he has become prior to 2003 when he joined Arsenal. He had become the youngest starter for hat month after 16 he was made the captain of the club in November of 2008. The 24 year old star player could now make his debut in the Spanish league as early as next month. Basketball spreads

Guardiola said “Tomorrow is the presentation and after that we see,” he said that he didn’t not believe in the relationship between the club and the source. “Last year we made an offer and they said no. All the time this situation is happening, it was tough negotiations,” Guardiola said from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Basketball lines

Fabregas had formally announced his desire to get back to Barcelona later in 2009-10 but the team refused to sell a player they saw as being their most valuable and Fabregas then agreed to say for yet another year. In this current offseason they have seen a quite similar story unfolding with Fabregas now starting to desire playing for Spain and then Arsenal trying to fend their interests.

Febregas had sat out in most of Arsenal’s preseason games with the club attributing this to an injury danger and he was not selected for the team’s Premier League opening game on Saturday with was a draw.

Guardiola said “We’re going to try and make him better,”
