Indianapolis Colts tight end Dallas Clark is still working to recover the ligaments that were surgically repaired in his right wrist in the middle of last season. Odds.
With the NFL’s lockout of players underway, Clark said he’s transferred his rehab work from the team facility to a local sports medicine center in Indianapolis, since they were cut off from their medical benefits.
Dallas has gotten a great setup working at St. Vincent Sports Medicine and they have a great rehab and training facility, since they pretty much do everything.
Clark had 37 catches for 347 yards and three touchdowns in six games before suffering the injury in a win against the Red Skins on Oct. 17, 2010. Scores.
He got out of his cast in January and is working on his motions and movements, strength and more. He didn’t want to put a percentage or timetable on things, but said it won’t be a matter of months before he can return to the field. Without a setback, he expects to be ready for the start of training camp.
As far as the potential for injuries out of such work that could create a problem for a player with his team after the labor impasse is over, Clark said common sense will prevail. Las Vegas odds.
