One day after being kept out of practice with tender ribs, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was a full participator on Thursday and was predicted to play on Sunday against the New York Jets. NFL lines
Vick informed the team’s website that he’s “a small sore when I throw but I will endure it.”
He also pronounced himself as “feeling better, prepared to go.”
Vick studied Wednesday’s practice after participating in the morning walkthrough, with coach Andy Reid furthermore saying then that the QB was certain to start on Sunday. NFL betting lines
Vick was sacked 4 times and took several hard hits during last Sunday’s 26-10 victory at Miami, his first appearance after missing the previous three games with two damaged lower ribs suffered during a November 13 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
Vick’s main go-to-player, wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, practiced totally after being limited on Wed. by a dragging hamstring injury, and declared to the Philadelphia Inquirer that, “I’m playing, baby.”
Maclin returned last week after being absent 3 games with hamstring and shoulder injuries, but he left the game premature vs the Miami Dolphins.
Tackle Todd Herremans ( ankle ) and defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins ( groin ) too practiced fully after not practicing on Wed. but Darryl Tapp ( ribs ) did not practice again.
