It seems that Showalter is the magic ticket for the Orioles. Whatever he has Baltimore doing is working. What was once the worst team in the nation is now on an amazing tour of force. If you look at their record since he joined, it is practically flawless. The latest game in their winning streak was against the Cleveland Indians. They took a strong run at them, and won, again. The game ended 3-2 after nine innings. NFL spreads.

In a very strange twist of fate, this team is cruising to a solid spot for the end of the season. No, they will not take the Division, but they will certainly continue to turn heads. Ever since Showalter stepped onto the scene, the Orioles are different and people are noticing. The game on Wednesday was led off with great plays. The pitching is being backed well by the batters, with the fielding crew acting as a huge safety net.

Brad Bergesen led the troops from the mound, taking the Indians by force. Bergesen pitched a two-hitter for his first victory in nearly three months. He retired 12 in a row before a single in the ninth broke up his no run game. Baltimore backed Bergesen with 13 hits. The offensive is really linking up with the pitchers. NFL lines.

The Orioles scored in the first, with Felix Pie ran home in the fourth to make it 2-0. Brian Roberts led off the fifth with his second homer. Everyone on the team seems to have found their center. They are all playing extremely well, and with this win, they became the last team in the majors to secure 40 wins.

Things haven’t been this good for the Orioles in a long time, but 2010 is proving to be the year to turn that around. They started off weak, were pummeled all season, and are just now finding some power. Be sure and follow the Orioles at, home of the best sports betting information. NFL betting lines.
