RED SOX BESTED BLUE JAYS
Fri, 13 Aug 2010 10:44 AM EDT

The Boston Red Sox are back to winning games. After a long stretch of bad luck with injuries, they took the game on Tuesday against the Toronto Blue Jays. The team that has the most home runs in the majors couldn’t get any solid hits on the Sox. It ended 7-5 after nine innings. Baseball spreads.

The Boston team took the Jays with a few lucrative plays. They were golden on the mound, brilliant at the plate and strong in the field. They have come together with an effective dynamic, and are looking like the team everyone loves. Though they have a long way to go before making the cut for the Division Playoffs, they are definitely back on track.

Mike Lowell saved the game. Despite the fact that the Sox lost two chances at the win, they came back in a skillful way. He hit a tie-breaking home run in the eighth inning, drawing the game to an end with them in the lead. The whole season has been like this for them. They continue to bounce back from adverse conditions and tough situations as the season progresses. Baseball lines.

Injuries still plague the Red Sox, but they are getting their key players back piece by piece. Many of the top players for the team were out for more than 50 games! Different injuries and ailments have been holding the much loved team down all year.  They have had better luck with their pitchers though. Red Sox right-hander Daisuke Matsuzaka allowed four runs and six hits in 5 2-3 innings. He walked three and struck out seven. Baseball betting lines.

The rest of the season for the Blue Jays looks good. They have an excellent record and some of the best hitters in the league. Jose Bautista hit his major-league-leading 35th home run in the game. Be sure and follow up on all the best sports betting data at www.scoresandodds.com.
