ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Dustin Pedroia singled with two outs in the top of the 16th inning, snapping a scoreless tie and giving the Boston Red Sox a 1-0 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday night.

Pedroia came in and lined up a single to the right field off Adam Russell which drove Josh Reddick from the third base. Reddick then drew a leadoff walk which moved to second on the sacrifice bunt and the third on Marco Scuarto’s infield hit. NFL spreads
Alfredo Aceves stepped up and pitched three whole scoreless innings to contribute to the win.
