It is safe to say that every time that the Utah Jazz and the San Antonio Spurs face off, we are all in for a very physical game. So was the case Wednesday night in Salt Lake City, when the teams met up for the second time this season. Although the Jazz were coming in off of five losses, that didn’t stop them from giving it everything they had against the Spurs. They attacked San Antonio and they attacked the rim, but in the end, Utah still fell to its sixth straight loss. Reserves and classic players threw the lead back and forth. It all came to a close at 112-105 after regulation time. Vegas odds.

The Spurs scored the first seven points of the game, and finished with 51 percent shooting. Key players such as Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili continually found the lane to make easy floaters and set-ups, setting San Antonio up for its 10th win in 11 games. Parker delivered23 points couple with 3 rebounds and 6 assists, while player of the game Ginobili was good for 26 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Tim Duncan and Gary Neal put up 13 points apiece to help the Spurs improve to a franchise-best 39-7 record in 46 games. Only five teams in NBA history have been able to reach such a record by this point in the season. Betting lines.

The Jazz have had 12 comeback victories, overcoming deficits of more than 15 points seven times, but this was not one of those games. As Utah coach Jerry Sloan said of the game, “our guys played much harder than they have been. They put themselves in a position to have a chance to win. But again, you have to have a great finish.” Sadly, they were not able to come up with a solid ending to the game. The Jazz are simply in one of the worst stretches of this season.
