These teams have been battling it out against each other all season long. They are both prominent members of the AL-Central with solid records to uphold. While the White Sox have been pushing for a strong finish, the Twins have been dominating. The Sox are back 7 games from the top, and the Twins are not about to give up their lead. Some excellent pitching came from the Minnesota team on Tuesday. Francisco Liriano did a fatastic job of making sure the Sox didn’t get much to hit.  He pitched in and out of jams for his eighth straight victory in his last 11 starts. The left-hander allowed three runs and six hits, struck out seven and walked two. Basketball odds.

At the plate, the explosive batting power that the Twins have made their signature was on point. The whole lineup did a spectacular job. J.J. Hardy hitting a go-ahead RBI double in the seventh inning and Span a bases clearing double in the eighth. It was a late game push, and the White Sox couldn’t contain the Twins. Everything that they have done this season has led them to this point. They are going to the postseason if they can keep it up, all they need to do is play the way they did on Tuesday. The White Sox have been doing well. However, it would serve them well to take a more aggressive approach to their baseball. The Chicago team has let a few too many games slip. Be sure and follow the rest of the season at www.scoresandodds.com.
