The Chicago White Sox managed to defeat the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday. They played a great game in which the fans were able to see two powerful teams go at it. The White Sox pitched better, hit harder and managed to defeat the fan favorite Red Sox. The game ended 5-4 after nine innings of exhilarating play. Odds.

The White Sox and the Red Sox battled things out this season. While they have had a few really tough games, this may go down as one of the tightest ones. Both teams fought hard, and it was close right up until the end. In the end, the White Sox took the game with a couple of excellent plays from their side. The whole team was doing well. The batters pulled them through, and they rallied for the win. Scores.

All season long, Paul Konerko has been dominant. Giving yet another stunning performance, he helped win the game on Tuesday by driving in the tying run in the eighth inning. Dayan Viciedo, who won it with a pinch-hit RBI single in the ninth, followed him. Plays like this are what have set the White Sox above their competition, and awarded them numerous victories. The pitching was top notch as well, doing some serious damage against the Red Sox. Chris Sale pitched two scoreless innings for his team, following a sturdy start by Edwin Jackson. Jackson gave up four runs [three earned], struck out six and walked one.
