Udofia, Denver cruise past Seattle for 72-55 win
DENVER 72, SEATTLE 55

DENVER (AP) -- Chris Udofia scored 23 points, including three
3-pointers, to lead Denver to its 10th win in 11 games, 72-55
over Seattle on Thursday night.

Jalen Love added 11 points and Chase Hallam had 10 for the
Pioneers (14-8, 10-2 Western Athletic), who lived up to their
conference-leading scoring defense. Denver entered play allowing
just 55.2 points per game.

Luiz Bidart had 14 points for the Redhawks (7-15, 2-10), who
have lost five of six. Seattle shot 56 percent of the field and
outrebounded Denver 29-20 but had 26 turnovers, including 22
steals - eight of them by Hallam.

Seattle's Chad Rasmussen scored the game's first points on a
jumper, but that was the Redhawks' only lead. Denver led 34-23
at halftime and by as many as 22 in the second half.

Seattle was 12 of 14 from the free-throw line, outpacing its
average of 59.2 percent, sixth-worst in Division I.
