ScoresAndOdds PGA analyst Timothy Buell gives free expert advice and live betting picks for Round 4 of the Travelers Championship.

We saw Xander start Round 3 with a five-shot lead, but since then, it evaporated to just one better than his good friend Patrick Cantlay.

Schauffele has not won an individual event since January of 2019 at The Sentry Tournament of Champions. It appears that this will be a two-man race between both friends.

However, with this course being so scorable, I would be willing to consider golfers as far as six strokes back of the lead when live-betting outrights. Since there is so little value in taking Schauffele or Cantlay, I will add a couple of top-10 and top-5 wagers to the betting card for tomorrow’s action.

Kevin Kisner To Win (+2200 ) and Top 5 (+115)

Currently on DraftKings Sportsbook, you can get Xander at -105 or Cantlay at +140. If you want my recommendation, I wouldn’t touch that Xander number, as he looked very shaky during Round 3 and historically has tremendous issues closing golf tournaments.

If you want a safer bet, than Cantlay is my pick. However, my money is going to go on a longer shot. Kisner has lost .14 shots on approach throughout the first three rounds of this tournament and finds himself only four shots back of the lead. He is the ultimate grinder, and if the irons can get going, he could find himself chasing down the leaders.

This is the perfect type of short course for Kisner. He is tremendous at finding fairways and avoiding trouble, which is what I want from a golfer on a Sunday. I don’t think Kisner has a lot of downside tomorrow, and he always seems to be up to the task when he is contending. I like that I am getting plus money on a top-5 from him. Kisner to win will be a .25 unit play. Top 5 will be a 1 unit play.

Tony Finau Top 10 (+190)

Finau currently sits only two shots back of a top-10 finishing position and I really like these odds. Finau has lost .07 strokes putting and is still sitting at T-15 for the tournament. He really has the approach and tee-to-green working, and I don’t think he needs a whole lot from his putter to win this bet.

He leads the entire field in strokes-gained approach through the first three rounds, and is 9th in strokes-gained tee-to-green.  Finau is not the type of golfer that I want to be backing in the final group of a big tournament, but I think him being so far back of the leaders will help keep the pressure off him.  This is a 2-unit play for me.
