Free MLB Player Props Picks For Wednesday

Kopech had been showing elite strikeout upside until the game when he tweaked his knee against the Rangers three starts ago. He didn’t miss any games due to the injury, but he hasn’t looked like the same guy since then. That being said, the White Sox keep sending him out to pitch, so it makes me think that the injury isn’t really an issue. He gets to go up against the highest strikeout team in the American League and I really like this spot for a bounce back. The leash doesn’t seem too much of a concern, if he is on he throws over 90 pitches. I think this is a great get-right spot for Kopech, if he can get through the gauntlet of Trout and Ohtani without much damage he should be able to cruise through this dreadful Angels lineup.

I understand laying this much juice isn’t the easiest thing to do but this is far and away my favorite pitching prop on the night.  Coors Field isn’t just good for hitting due to the elevation of the park it is also good at suppressing strikeouts. Urias has shown flashes of strikeout ability but has just a 23.5% K rate. The Rockies strikeout the eighth fewest in all of baseball and should be rolling out at least seven right handed bats against him tonight.  Urias also plays for the Dodgers and gets the no leash treatment from Dave Roberts.  He very rarely gets his full complement of pitches and in this matchup I don’t see him hitting his ceiling in terms of pitch count.

Dylan Bundy is notorious for giving up home runs and even has reverse-splits tendencies, which should really help Reyes in this matchup. Whenever I take a home run prop +300 odds are my cutoff. I never want to get lower odds than that number and I was thrilled to see both of these hitters meet that criteria. Ramirez is one of the best hitters in baseball and I don’t think he gets the credit he deserves in the media or in the betting markets. If you want to take just one of these hitters I would take the better hitter with the better odds of Ramirez but my money is going on both.

Single Game Parlay Pick

I am expecting a big game from Cleveland today and will be adding a single game below that will include heavy exposure to Cleveland batters. This single game parlay pays 55-to-1 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
